नई दिल्ली। देश में अनुसूचित जाति के मेधावी छात्रों की स्कॉलरशिप के 8000 करोड़ रुपए मोदी सरकार पर बकाया हैं। शोसल जस्टिस एवं एम्पॉवरमेंट मिनिस्ट्री को यह रकम चुकानी है। लेकिन यह उसके सालाना योजनागत खर्च से भी अधिक है। मेधावी छात्रों के लिए मैट्रिक के बाद स्कॉलरशिप केंद्र की प्राथमिकता वाली योजनाओं में से एक है। इसके तहत छात्रों की ओर से किए गए खर्च के लिए सहायता दी जाती है।

तीन तलाक के मामले पर देश में चल रही बहस के बीच इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने आज एक बड़ी टिप्पणी की, कोर्ट ने तीन तलाक को असंवैधानिक बताते हुए कहा है कि इससे मुस्लिम महिलाओं के अधिकारों का हनन होता है।
