तीन तलाक के मामले पर देश में चल रही बहस के बीच इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने आज एक बड़ी टिप्पणी की, कोर्ट ने तीन तलाक को असंवैधानिक बताते हुए कहा है कि इससे मुस्लिम महिलाओं के अधिकारों का हनन होता है।
