HRD मंत्रालय के केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री पांडेय जी ने संसद को बताया है कि OBC को रिज़र्वेशन सिर्फ असिस्टेंट प्रोफ़ेसर लेवल पर मिलेगा।
एसोसिएट और प्रोफ़ेसर लेवल पर OBC रिज़र्वेशन नहीं मिलेगा। जबकि ज़्यादातर नियुक्तियाँ इसी लेवल पर होती है।
मंडल कमीशन ने स्पष्ट रूप से सभी स्तरों पर ओबीसी रिज़र्वेशन देने की सिफ़ारिश की है।
