Dear All,
Various social organisations have initiated a Gandhi-Edhi Campaign to promote peace and harmony.
As you are aware, Abdul Sattar Edhi was an internationally renowned philanthropist from Pakistan. He passed away recently. It was he who took care of Geeta the Indian deaf and dumb girl. His work is compared with that of Mother Teresa.
The campaign’s prime objective is to promote communal harmony, service to humanity, India-Pakistan Peace and SAARC solidarity.
As a part of this campaign a peace march will be organised on
i) 13th August 2016 from Azad Maidan to Kala Ghoda at 2.30 pm
ii) Followed by a public gathering at M.C.Ghia Hall, Kala Ghoda at 3.30 pm.
We request your participation in the gathering & we expect your presence in large numbers.
